Iranian missile launch

Iran says it has “many” missiles “aimed at American aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf,” reports Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

“If the foreigners make any mistake, [the missiles] will burst from the belly of the Earth like lava,” claimed a reporter on IRINN TV.

Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps aerospace force, also claimed thousands of its members have their fingers on the triggers of an arsenal with many different kinds of missiles.

The Middle East Media Research Institute said the reporter in the Feb. 10 newscast said Iran has underground “missile cities” and provide missiles for launchers and silos.

“The reporter said that the ballistic missiles are the ‘residents’ of these cities and that they are ‘keepers of the calm’ that are ‘ready to roar,'” according to MEMRI. “He also said that the ‘cities’ are built 500 meters underground and cannot be detected by enemy intelligence satellites.”

The reporter said the missiles are the most important part of Iran’s defense doctrine.
