(YNetNews) An artificial spider web may soon become the hottest thing in agricultural pest control.

The SpiderNet – a special weave of micro-fibers developed by Israeli company Meteor Nets – will be featured in the upcoming Argitech 2012 expo, set for May.

According to the company, SpiderNet is made to catch tiny insects, in the same way that real cobwebs trap them.
